Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Check your order status

You can view your order status — including fulfilment updates and your carrier tracking link — by visiting your order status page:

Log in to your account to view your orders

If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to view your order status.

Tracking information

Carrier tracking is provided by NZ Post after your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for your tracking number to become active on the NZ Post website.

You can also track your parcel directly on the NZ Post tracking page using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
